  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available upon request.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Some of our homes are pet-friendly. Please refer to the individual listing or reach out before booking to confirm.

  • What happens if I break something during my stay?

    Please let us know right away! We understand accidents happen. As long as the damage is reported, and is minor, most likely you won’t be charged.

  • How do I access the home?

    All properties are equipped with smart locks. You’ll receive a unique code prior to check-in for secure and easy access.

  • Is smoking allowed?

    No. Smoking of any kind—including vaping and cannabis—is strictly prohibited in or around the property.

  • What amenities are included?

    Our homes come fully stocked with linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen essentials. Many include Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and laundry.

  • What if I need help during my stay?

    We have a 24/7 guest support team available by phone or text. We're always here to help with anything you need.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Guests receive a 100% refund if canceled 30 days before arrival, 50% if canceled 14 days before arrival, and no refund after that point.

  • What services does Doorstep Rentals provide?

    We offer full-service vacation rental management—from guest communication and booking, to cleaning, maintenance, and revenue optimization. We handle everything so you don’t have to.

  • How much does Doorstep charge for management?

    Our standard management fee is 25% of monthly rental revenue. This includes guest communication, smart pricing, marketing, insurance protection, cleaning coordination, and more. Some urban areas qualify for a discount down to a 20% management fee.

  • Do you offer a furnishing package?

    Yes! We provide professional furnishing packages and setup to help you launch quickly and stylishly. We also assist with staging and photography.

  • What kind of properties do you manage?

    We manage a wide range of properties including condos, townhomes, and single-family vacation homes in Park City, Moab, Bear Lake, Salt Lake City, and surrounding areas.

  • Can I use my property for personal stays?

    Absolutely! Owners can block off dates in advance for personal use with no restrictions, and get two free owner stay cleanings per year.

  • Do you help with permitting or licensing?

    Yes, we help guide you through the local permitting and licensing process if required by your city or county.

  • How do I track my rental income and bookings?

    We provide a user-friendly owner portal with real-time data, monthly statements, and access to your reservation calendar.

  • How do you ensure my home is protected?

    Every reservation is covered by guest damage protection up to $5,000. We also use guest ID verification and monitor your home with smart technology.
