Here’s the step-by-step guide on how we go from getting to know you and your property to getting money in your bank account.
Step 1: Say Hello To Our Team
The first thing we do with every new property owner we meet is get to know you and your property! Our team is made up of experts in the vacation rental industry, so we know exactly what to look for when we take on a new client.
We’ll start with a Rental Analysis that lets us get to know owners and their short-term rental properties. If we decide it’s a good match, we’ll move on to the next step.
Step 2: Property Inspection
Once we know that your home is a good fit for us, we’ll take a closer look at what your property needs to deliver a great guest experience. Our inspectors look at local laws and regulations regarding rental safety, but they’ll also see if your home is furnished, if it has necessities like linens, soap, towels, etc.
Don’t have a furnished home? Don’t sweat it! When we say we offer full vacation rental property management services, we mean it! By adding one of our furnishing packages, we’ll ensure your home has everything short-term rental properties need to make them a welcoming, comfortable space for your guests.
Step 3: Get Your Property Guest-Ready
We know how hard it can be to get your home ready for guests, much less a home you don’t live in regularly! So in order to save time, we’ll take care of the rest from here.

Once your home is fully clean and staged, we’ll take photos throughout the home to be used on social media and rental sites.
Step 5: Get It Listed
Once your home is ready and we have plenty of photos, it’s time to get your home on the map. Using an online rental platform, including Airbnb, VRBO, and booking.com, is a great way to ensure that your home is being seen. So we’ll upload your property to multiple sites and keep an eye on local listings to ensure it’s being properly priced based on amenities and local attractions.
